Heroes {Penang} Launch on June 14, 2008 (Saturday) has been a great success!!! There were 100+ delegates in total attended the full day event with an average of at least 50 delegates each session! The immediate availability of the first public CTP of the Visual Studio Team System 2008 Database Edition General Distribution Release (GDR) was announced at Tech·Ed 2008 Developer on June 3, 2008 PST.

The GDR will be an out-of-band release to support SQL Server 2008 while introducing new product architecture which is a direct result of the "Rosario" project.
