I guess this is a significant change for my appearance...I never thought of changing hair color all these years (perhaps a bit worry on the end result). With some courage from friends, I finally made the decision while getting my hair cut for the coming Chinese New Year - to change my hair color!

As SharePoint no longer included with Windows Server 2008, a manual installation is required. If you install the WSS3.0 that comes with the TFS2008 RTM media, you will hit compatibility issues that prevent you from the installation.

Hence, you need to install the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with Service Pack 1 from Microsoft Download.
